This Suite, designed to accommodate up to 5 guests, embodies the essence of modern Alpine style with touches of refined luxury.
The real jewel of the Suite is the private sauna, a wellness corner where one can relax after a day spent on the ski slopes or exploring the alpine trails. The sauna, made entirely of alpine wood, offers a rejuvenating experience in the comfort of your own accommodation.

Our facility makes use of the latest technology, which is now affordable for everyone. Upon confirmation of your reservation you will receive your QR code to access the facility and your room.
Reserved parking
You can park your car for free in the reserved parking lot in front of the entrance. To get around the village you can use the free bus.

Water dispenser
In the minibar you will find a free bottle of filtered Alpine water, both still and sparkling. You can refill them as often as you like at the water dispencer located in the reception corner at the entrance. We love nature!
Luggage storage
You will be able to deposit your luggage before checking in if you arrive early in Livigno. Likewise, you can leave them after your check-out to enjoy your stay as long as possible.
Room cleaning
It is up to you to choose when to have the room cleaned and the linens changed. Both the environment and your wallet will benefit. In fact, you can have a gift voucher for your next stay. We love nature!
