Jurisdiction
If a legal relationship arises between the user of the site and Carla Mottini that relationship is governed by Italian law. The data relating to the connection and navigation within the Site (such as the addresses in URI-Uniform Resource Identifier notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment) are collected for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. Italian law is exclusively applicable to these terms of use. The place of jurisdiction is Sondrio, in implementation of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) The law requires that the processing of personal data be based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency, and that data be processed in a manner that ensures adequate data security.
9. Review clause
CN, reserves the right to revise, modify, or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any manner and/or at any time, without prior notice, this Privacy Policy in consideration of changes in data protection laws or regulations.
