What are the check-in times? Is it possible to cancel a reservation? Do you accept dogs? Here's an answer to every question you have!
Before leaving, something can always happen. To protect yourself from unforeseen contingencies, we recommend that you take out a private travel insurance.
The deposit is equivalent to 30 % of the total amount of your stay and is required when you make the reservation. Exception for special promotions where payment is due in advance or at check-in.
Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
If cancelled from 29 days before arrival, 50% penalty fee
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% will be charged.
For non-refundable and non-cancelable reservations, a deposit of 100% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, with no possibility of refund.
The balance of the account is kindly requested upon your arrival.
It can be done by cash, instant bank transfer, credit card. Please note that we do not accept American Express and Diners Club cards.

Check-out by 10:30 a.m.
Subject to availability, late check-out can be requested for an additional fee of €40 per room by having the room available until 6 p.m.
For everyone’s joy and peace, we remind you to observe silence in the evening and at night and to use the hot tubs only during the day. Cooking is not allowed in our rooms, and the entire facility is no smoking. Remember, the rooms are for the exclusive use of booked Guests. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
